ASM and multipath problem in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

Issue

We have an issue with ASM and multipath. We have assigned some new disks (EMC VMAX) to our systems, and after configured it on multipath.conf and udev those new disks are linked to the dm device, not the oracleasm device.
Then we added it to the /etc/udev/rules.d/99-asm.rules file the next line (one example)

KERNEL=="dm-*", PROGRAM="scsi_id --page=0x83 --whitelisted --device=/dev/%k", RESULT=="360000970000292603755533037354132", NAME+="oracleasm/disks/BP3-DATA-9", OWNER="oracle", GROUP="dba", MODE="0660"
