Unable to create an application on Openshift with url of manifest file

Issue

  • When trying to create an application below error is seen:
rhc create-app <APP-NAME> http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?u=http://<URL>/manifest.yml
The cartridge 'http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?u=http://<URL>/manifest.yml' will be downloaded and installed

Application Options

Gear Size:  default
Scaling:    no

Creating application '<APP-NAME>' ... The cartridge manifest at 'http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?u=http://<URL>/manifest.yml' was not available (status code: 500).
