Removing and reinstalling the package:- 'spacewalk-setup-jabberd' does not reinstall its dependencies.

Issue

On removing the package spacewalk-setup-jabberd it removed its dependencies spacewalk-proxy-selinux and spacewalk-proxy-management.
On re-installing the package spacewalk-setup-jabberd it does not install the packages that got removed while removing this package.
