In-place upgrade from RHEL 6.6 to RHEL 7 fails with 'This is not latest RHEL6 release" on preupg check.
Issue
- During an in-place upgrade from RHEL 6.6 to RHEL 7 fails on "Check the system version" even when the current RHEL version is higher than 6.5.

Check if the system is last released version
Remediation instructions
For right migration you need latest release of RHEL6 system. Please, update
your system to the last RHEL6 release and then run preupgrade-assistant again.
