Red Hat Certificate System 8.1 cannot set some certificate usage flags in extension Netscape Certificate Type / NSCertTypeExtDefault
Issue
Some of the certificate usage such as "SSL CA certificate", "S/MIME CA certificate" and "Object Signing CA", cannot be set to true in the Netscape Certificate Type extension called NSCertTypeExtDefault ( OID 2.16.840.1.113730.1.1 )
