How to specify CXF ConnectionTimeout and ReceiveTimeout globally for SOAP binding in SwitchYard

- Can I specify CXF
ConnectionTimeoutandReceiveTimeoutglobally, rather than specifying them at each Switchard application? - Can I specify those timeouts separately?
