JBoss ON alert utilizing dampening rule only fires when viewing the metric in the UI
Issue
- alert is not firing at the right time
- see the data graph exceed the condition for hours before the alert fired.
- alert not firing even though metric value satisfies condition set

- alert with dampening rules
