Issue

On 3.16.12 the sysctl is described in /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc*/Documentation/sysctl/kernel.txt and I am told there that -1 is also a valid setting
Is -1 a valid setting in RHEL 6.5 kernel 2.6.32-431.23.3.el6.x86_64 and later?
