How do I file a support ticket against Red Hat Cluster Suite or GFS?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
Issue
I was previously able to file a support ticket against the 'Red Hat Cluster Suite' or 'GFS' products in the Customer Portal, but they are no longer there. What happened?
Resolution
Red Hat Cluster Suite and GFS (Global File System) are no longer considered separate products, and are now purchased via Add-Ons to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Therefore, all new support cases should be filed against the Red Hat Enterprise Linux product in the Customer Portal.
