Issue

Is it possible in JON to monitor HornetQ queue if it is stable for a specific time?
For example, I have 100 messages in a queue for a specific period of time, which means neither messages are coming in a queue nor they are received from a queue.
I want an alert when queue processing becomes idle, can this be done?
