ActiveMQ XA exception: Failover transport not connected: unconnected

Solution Verified - Updated -

Environment

  • JBoss Fuse 6.1

Issue

I can see the following exception:

10:23:56,172 WARN [com.arjuna.ats.jta] (Periodic Recovery) ARJUNA016027: Local XARecoveryModule.xaRecovery got XA exception XAException.XAER_RMERR: javax.transaction.xa.XAException: Failover transport not connected: unconnected
  • We are seeing our EAP 6.1.1 logs fill up with warnings. We currently have the ActiveMQ Resource Adapter deployed and configured. We've seen this solutions link and currently have Rollup2 and Rollup2Patch 1- 3 installed on our Active MQ broker (though it is not referenced below) and still see the warning.
