Cannot set Field Value under List type field in Test Scenario Editor - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

Under the following conditions users cannot set a value for the field in Test Scenario Editor because Literal value button is unresponsive.
- A Fact has a List type field and some other type fields
- Create a test scenario in Business Central
- In GIVEN section, insert the fact
- Set the List type field using Guided list
- Then Set the other field under the List field
  What is the reason behind this issue?
