Is it possible to migrate existing SOA-P 5.3.0 installation to 5.3.1 version and apply Roll up patch on them with the help of JON ?

Issue

In the scenario where users have several SOA-P 5.3.0 installations it becomes problematic migrate all of them to SOA-P 5.3.1 and apply Roll up patch to all of them. Users would definitely like to avoid performing such an hefty task manually. Is it possible to perform the migration activities and apply the latest Roll Up patches SOA_5.3.1_1_2014 after the migration with the help of JON ?
