After applying Satellite errata RHBA-2014:0807, Internal Server Errors are occurring when scheduling package updates on systems

Issue

• After applying RHBA-2014:0807 to our Satellite, we found it has started generating Internal Server Error messages

• We can reproduce the problem by performing the following actions:
  1) select system group, select packages, select upgrade
  2) pick a package
  3) click upgrade selected packages, at which time the following error is displayed.

The server experienced a problem which prevented your request from being filled out. It may not be >possible to execute this action at this time.
