How can I allow users from different parts of an organization to access specific Support Tickets
Issue
- In some large organizations, there is a requirement for individuals from one department to be be able to access the Red Hat Support Tickets from another department.
- This is currently not possible for organisations that have separate subscriptions between departments, ie
- A particular business unit has a subscription and logs a support ticket
- Another unit (such as an engineering team) needs access to read those tickets, but is subscribed to the portal under a different account
