JBoss EAP management plug-in for JON fails to discover EAR Subdeployments deployed to a managed server in domain mode
Issue
- User-interface (UI) does not show subdeployments of deployed EAR files in domain server
- domain mode does not show the deployment information
- missing statistics
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.2
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6 management plug-in for JBoss ON
- JBoss application server running in domain mode--host controller plus one or more managed servers
- Enterprise Application Archive (EAR) that contains subdeployments such as datasources, EJBs, WARs, etc.
- EAR has been deployed to a managed server
- Adequate time has passed for auto-discovery to run or a manual detailed discovery operation has been invoked
- Inventory reflects EAR resource under managed server parent resource but contains no child elements or nodes--specifically Subdeployments
