Getting "ValueError: specified lv is not part of this vg" error while installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0

Issue

  • Installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 fails after taking the following steps.
1. select the disks at "INSTALLATION DESTINATION"
2. select "Automatically configure partitioning" and click "Done"
3. return to "INSTALLATION DESTINATION" and clear the selected disks at step 1
4. select the other disks or select no disks
5. select "Automatically configure partitioning" and click "Done"
6. error occur and fail to install
