"Project Explorer" disappeared from "Project Authoring" page in BRMS/BPMS Business Central console

Issue

  • Project Explorer disappeared from Project Authoring page in BRMS/BPMS Business Central console and it cannot be restored. Is there any way to restore the explorer panel?
  • It is observed that the Project Authoring page is broken when used with Spanish locale and it stops showing menus in the Business Central application. However when the locale is changed to use English (e.g. changing the language of the browser to English), the menus are showing correctly. How to fix the issue so as to ensure that the users from their preferred languages can continue using Business Central ?
  • "Project Explorer" disappeared from "Project Authoring" page in BPMS Business Central console. This is particularly occurring for certain user ids.
  • Once a user login the blank screen comes,none of the assests that are already present is seen. The role provided to the user is same as the other developers. the other developers can see but there is a issuse with a particular user login.
  • In asset editor, upper buttons, such as 'Save', 'Delete', 'Rename' etc, disappear. This is particularly occurring for certain user ids.
  • Business central getting blank window when trying to open either dataobject, guided rule etc for editing. This happens with specific user.
