In RHEV, why do I get the message "Error: can't run without missing JAR file"
Issue
Some RHEV operations are not working, like rhevm-dwh-setup, rhevm-manage-domains, or even JBoss AS is not running. Debug logs are showing the message Error: can't run without missing JAR file.
Environment
- Red hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.X.
