Issue

  • How to make sure that the installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux using kickstart file shall boot in runlevel 3 instead of 5?
  • If one specifies skipx in the kickstart file, will this cause runlevel 3 to be set in /etc/inittab?
  • Or does one need a sed command in the %post section?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
