RHEVM role component is not checked if a subtree component is checked while editing or creating roles

Issue

• While Editing/Creating new roles in the RHEV-Manager, if a sub-role is selected (checked) the role heirarchically above it does not set a checkmark on it.
• Hence, the user/admin has to use the "Expand All" option to see which sub-roles are actually set.
• In the screenshot - Checking the 'Basic Operations' and 'Provisioning Operations' sub roles, do not set a checkmark on the 'VM' main_role.
