Due to power outage in entire data center, host goes into non responsive state, regular fencing wont work and requires manual intervention

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

Hosts are located in different servers farms, which can be be disconnected due to power outage for at least a week. Since the hosts become non-responsive, VMs are moving into unknown and are not operational, until manual power fencing is executed on the Portal ("Confirm Host was Rebooted" option). Regular fencing is not working, due to the same reason - no power in the servers farm.

Can RHEV automatically detect Power Outage on the host and release the VMs to be able to start running on another, available host?
