RHV: certain uploaded disks fail to move and copy
Issue
- Cannot copy or move some Disks in RHV
- Following error is presented in the Administration Portal
command HSMGetAllTasksStatusesVDS failed: low level Image copy failed
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.1
- Block Storage (FibreChannel/iSCSI)
- QCOW2 Disks were uploaded via the Disk Upload feature such as:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux KVM Guest Image
- CFME Red Hat Virtual Appliance (qcow)
