• LSI 2108 SAS controller
• SuperStorage Server 6027R-E1R12N, 6047R-E1R36N, 2027R-E1R24N, 6037R-E1R16N and 6047R-E1R24N.

Issue

• Local kdump does not work if RAID volumes were created and connected to AOC-SAS2LP-H8iR (LSI 2108 SAS controller) add-on card.
• Kdump works if no RAID is connected with the add-on card.

Resolution

Upgrade to kernel-2.6.32-279.
