PCIe SSD device support on Dell systems

There are some Dell server models that can be configured with PCIe SSD devices. Red Hat currently considers PCIe SSD a non-OS feature and as such these devices have not gone through Red Hat Hardware Certification. These devices are not generally supported for use with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
