In June 2010, we launched the Red Hat Customer Portal to improve the relationship with our subscribers and to better support our solutions and services. We continue to make enhancements across the portal to ensure an optimized experience. We’re proud that our efforts continue to get recognized.

Association of Support Professionals Ten Best Web Support Sites Award Winner

The Customer Portal has been recognized seven years in a row as one of “The Year’s Top Ten Best Web Support Sites” by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP). Red Hat was recognized 2011-2017 in the Open Division among other technology leaders, including Red Hat partner Cisco Systems.
