Why is an Oracle database not starting when SGA size is bigger than 200GB?
Issue
- When trying to start Oracle database in case SGA memory segment is bigger than 200GB,it will reject to start
- Unable to connect to database due to 'ORA-27123' error
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7
- Oracle 10.2 and later
