Getting warn AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library when starting JBCS Apache

Issue

After updating the zip version of JBCS Apache for RHEL9 from 2.4.57 SP6 to 2.4.62, the following message is logged in error_log. Why is this?

On RHEL9.4 or earlier:

[ssl:warn] [pid 1523:tid 1523] AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library (OpenSSL 3.2.2 4 Jun 2024 (OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022), version currently loaded is 0x30000070) - may result in undefined or erroneous behavior

On RHEL8.4 or earlier:

[ssl:warn] [pid 16476:tid 16476] AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library (OpenSSL 1.1.1k  FIPS 25 Mar 2021 (OpenSSL 1.1.1 FIPS  11 Sep 2018), version currently loaded is 0x1010100F) - may result in undefined or erroneous behavior
