Issue

• How to configure Red Hat build of Keycloak for 3scale
• There is the document 12.4.2. Configuring Red Hat Single Sign-On to have a 3scale API Management client, but the steps can't apply in admin console of RHBK.

• zync-que fails to sync OIDC client with the error "insufficient_scope" like the following:
