Logs are not visible in Openshift Console in RHOCP4

Issue

  • Logs are not getting stored in Log Store Loki
  • Is it supported to configure the bucketname with a path as <bucketname>/<path> for Loki?

  • Not able to see logs stored in Loki and the only error observed is in the Loki Ingester pods:

    level=warn caller=grpc_logging.go:76 method=/logproto.Querier/GetChunkIDs duration=1.957822ms msg=gRPC err="rpc error: code = Code(499) desc = The request was cancelled by the client."
