/dev/watchdog is missing though we have an IPMI watchdog hardware

Issue

• We have Lenovo ThinkSystem SR630 V3 server with IPMI watchdog hardware.
• But we do not see /dev/watchdog file created however we see the following line at the time of boot:

NMI watchdog: Enabled. Permanently consumes one hw-PMU counter

• which gives us impression that the kernel has detected the IPMI NMI watchdog hardware.
• Assist us in configuring the IPMI NMI watchdog hardware.
