OpenShift Agent Based Installer fails with "pull secret for new cluster is invalid"
Issue

When trying to deploy new RHOCP 4 cluster with Agent Based Installer the deployment fails and following error messages are returned:
failed to register cluster with assisted-service: AssistedServiceErrorError reason: pull secret for new cluster is invalid: invalid pull secret: 'auth' for [image_registry_name] is not in 'user:password' format
