IO svctm showing slower performance and higher %util values in RHEL 8 & later vs RHEL 7
Issue
- Using iostat and other tools utilizing
/proc/diskstats, the svctm and %util values displayed in RHEL 8 and later are showing significant performance degradataion vs RHEL 7.
