Insights Malware dection fails with error while loading shared libraries libyara.so.9

Issue

• While running the command insights-client --collector malware-detection, it fails with below error:

  Unexpected exception in malware-detection app: (127, ['/bin/yara', '--version'], b'/bin/yara: error while loading shared libraries: libyara.so.9: cannot open shared object file: Operation not permitted\n')
