How to use copy or fetch module on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.x?

Issue

While copying file from Ansible controller to Remote host, module is giving the below error
```
msg: Could not find or access '/tmp/output2.csv' on the Ansible Controller.
```
While copying file from Remote host to Ansible controller, module executes successfully but doesn't copy file on the destination path
