Warning during host removal from rhv manager "Unconfiguring OVN on host might have failed.
Issue
- Following message was observed while removing the host:
Unconfiguring OVN on host host1 might have failed. Please ensure that the host is removed from the OVN Southbound database by using '/usr/share/ovirt-provider-ovn/scripts/remove_chassis.sh host1' manually.
