EAP 8.0: SSLv2Hello can now be specified as a server-ssl-context allowed protocols

SSLv2Hello is used in older JDK versions for the initial handshake message where the SSL version that will be used for the rest of the handshake is negotiated. Starting with EAP 8.0, SSLv2Hello can now be specified as an allowed server-ssl-context in the Elytron security subsystem.

Below is an example of adding SSLv2Hello as an allowed protocol to a server-ssl-context:
