[vSphere 4.10] vSphere IPI installation is failing with error - platform.vsphere.network: Invalid value: "vsphere-network": unable to find network provided

Issue

• vSphere IPI 4.10 deployment is failing with the error message:

FATAL failed to fetch Terraform Variables: failed to fetch dependency of "Terraform Variables": failed to generate asset "Platform Provisioning Check": platform.vsphere.network: Invalid value: "vcenter_network": unable to find network provided 

• If the vCenter network (platform.vsphere.network) that contains the virtual IP addresses and DNS records required for the installation, is present in a nested folder, then the installation fails.

This is only limited to vSphere IPI 4.10.z installations.
