Getting net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR on browser and status 403 on Apache logs for no apparent reason

Issue

After configuring HTTP/2 on our server, Application Team is stating they are not able to view the web page in http/2 protocol. The browser receives an error: `net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Also when we check Apache access log we see:

```
