Capsule sync task fails with error 'You don't have permission to access /pulp/api/v3/contentguards/certguard/rhsm/' after upgrading to Red Hat Satellite\Capsule 6.10

Issue

  • After upgrading the Red Hat Satellite and Capsule versions to 6.10, when trying to synchronize the capsule, It fails with the following error.

    PulpCertguardClient::ApiError: Error message: the server returns an error
    HTTP status code: 403
    Response headers: {"Date"=>"Wed, 05 Jan 2022 21:23:06 GMT", "Server"=>"Apache", "Content-Length"=>"280", "Content-Type"=>"text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"}
    ...
     403 Forbidden
    ...
    You don't have permission to access /pulp/api/v3/contentguards/certguard/rhsm/0146519c-414c-4390-ad81-906234573cdf/
    on this server
    ....
    
  • The sync attempt fails almost immediately after initiating it.
