Ceph: Can existing erasure code profiles be modified after adding new OSD nodes?
Issue
- What is the Red Hat supported way of changing the erasure code setting of existing pools?
- Planning to increase the number of OSD servers and would like to change the erasure coding profile as more servers are added.
- Unable to increase parity count to increase redundancy in the cluster.
- Looking for supported methods to re-balance the erasure coding or profile.
