" Failed to get lease: the server could not find the requested resource" in OpenShift 3.11

Issue

After executing the $ oc describe node command, we can see this message for all nodes:

$ oc describe node | grep Lease
Lease:              Failed to get lease: the server could not find the requested resource (get leases.coordination.k8s.io node01.openshift.example)
