Is it possible to change api-vip and ingress-vip by keeping same domain name post cluster installation in RHOCP 4.x?

Issue

Can api & ingress vip be changed post OCP cluster installation?
It is required to change ip's of api & ingress vip due to external L.B changed. The domain name will be same. Is it possible to achieve this task?
