How to add annotation to kieserver deploymemnt for cert management using RHPAM operator?

As we are using passthrough TLS termination with decision manager and certs gets renewed every 90 days, where pods must pick the renewed cert automatically, we need to add below annotations based on the documentation (https://github.com/stakater/Reloader#how-to-use-reloader). We tried to add the annotation but the changes are not reflected with the pods.
Annotations: secret.reloader.stakater.com/reload: 'my-app-cert-secret'
