Does RHOCP3.x revert changes made to /etc/inittab file on RHEL7?

- Does any process on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 3.11 make or revert changes made to
/etc/inittabfile on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 machines? - Changes made below as per our internal security team end up disappearing.
