EAP 7 SSO only tracks a single session per web app

Issue

• Moving from EAP 6 or earlier to EAP 7, we see SSO behavior changes. We use URL session tracking with SSO so a single client may establish multiple sessions for one app with a single SSO. But only the first session is registered with the SSO entry, so if the first session expires, the client has to login again.
