How to select subnet for GCP load balancer service in OCP

- When creating a Service of type:
LoadBalancer, how can we specify the GCP subnets targeted by the load balancer ? - Is the annotation
networking.gke.io/internal-load-balancer-subnetavailable on OpenShift Container Platform 4.8 ?
