Red Hat Insights Client adjusting getaddrinfo to account for IPv6 routing issues

On networks with partially functioning IPv6 routing, insights-client can take upwards of 10 minutes to finish running. If insights-client receives an IPv6 address in response to a DNS name resolution, it will attempt to route traffic over IPv6. Only after the connection has timed out will it fall back to IPv4.
