"pcs resource failcount reset" command fails in RHEL 8 and 9
Issue
pcs resource failcount resetcommand fails with the following error.
# pcs resource failcount reset fence01
Error: This command has been replaced with 'pcs resource cleanup'. See 'man pcs' -> Changes in pcs-0.10.

- pcs-0.10.1-4.el8 and later
