Getting "Zabbix agents are in Red status" message when trying to install Zabbix Operator on OpenShift 4.x

Issue

When installing Zabbix Operators in OpenShift, the installation finishes without errors, but when viewing what has already appeared in the Zabbix Web Interface the following message is shown:

Zabbix agents are in Red status

Environment

  • Red Hat Openshift Container Platform (RHOCP) 4.x
  • Zabbix 5.x
